Skye Bank Plc in a notice sent to the Nigeria Stock Exchange has appointed Ms Amaka Onwughalu as the Interim Managing Director of the newly acquired Mainstreet Bank Limited. She will be carrying out this function with a newly constituted interim management board.
The interim management board is expected to run the affairs of Mainstreet Bank Limited for the next six (6) months, while work on the integration of the operations of both banks continue.
